Title of Position: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Fairless Hills, PA (Fully On-Site)

Position Essential Responsibilities:

• Process invoices against purchase orders (POs) in D365 ERP software 
• Match invoices to receiving documents/delivery tickets
• Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures
• Vendor setup
• Reconcile vendor statements & respond to vendor inquiries
• Research accrued items not matched to an invoice
• Assist in monthly closings

Qualifications Required:

• Willing to undergo a credit check
• Hard-working and dependable
• Attention to detail
• High School Diploma, GED, or state-accepted equivalent required (some college a plus)
• General understanding of accounting principles (2+ years of experience in the accounting field preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Ability to learn industry-specific software
• Experience with ERP software a plus

• Stand/sit for long periods of time.
• Lift 20 pounds on occasion
• Use hands/fingers to type and move office objects
• Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them
• See details of objects that are less than a few feet away and far distances
